DELIVERY POLICY

At ELAMZ, we are committed to getting your order to you safely and on time. Please review our delivery terms below.

1. Delivery Locations We deliver nationwide across Nigeria.

2. Delivery Timeline Orders within Lagos are delivered within 2–3 working days. Orders outside Lagos are delivered within 3–5 working days. Timelines may vary slightly due to logistics or location factors beyond our control.

3. Delivery Methods We operate a hybrid delivery system — in-house delivery for Lagos orders, and trusted third-party logistics partners for deliveries outside Lagos.

4. Delivery Fees Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

5. Order Processing Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Processing times may affect the overall delivery timeline.

6. Failed Delivery & Unreachable Customers If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable, an incorrect address, or refusal to receive the order, the order may be rescheduled (additional delivery costs may apply) or cancelled. Repeated failed deliveries may affect eligibility for future orders.
