REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At ELAMZ, we are committed to delivering quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns & Exchanges We accept exchanges only under the following conditions: the item is defective or damaged upon delivery, or you require a wrong-size correction. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
2. Return Window Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for Lagos orders, and within 14 days of delivery for orders outside Lagos. Requests made outside these windows will not be accepted.
3. Item Condition To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any exchange that does not meet these conditions.
4. One-of-a-Kind & Limited Pieces All one-of-a-kind and limited edition items are final sale. Exchanges are only permitted if the item is defective or damaged, and availability for exchange cannot be guaranteed due to limited stock.
5. Inspection on Delivery We strongly encourage customers to inspect all items upon delivery before accepting. By accepting delivery, you confirm the item was received in good condition. Issues reported after acceptance will be subject to review.
6. Refunds We do not offer cash refunds. Approved cases will be resolved via exchange or store credit where applicable.
7. Shipping for Returns If the issue is our fault (defect or damage), we will cover return logistics. For size exchange requests, the customer may be responsible for delivery costs.
8. Pay on Delivery (POD) For Pay on Delivery orders, customers are expected to inspect items before accepting. Refusal of delivery after acceptance may affect eligibility for future orders.
9. How to Request a Return or Exchange To initiate a request, contact us within the allowed timeframe via Email, WhatsApp, or our Contact page. Please provide your order number, clear photos of the item, and your reason for the request.
